Gavin Friday – Port of Amsterdam (Jacques Brel Cover)
A very good copy of Gavin Friday’s cover of Jacques Brels “Port of Amsterdam” showed up on YouTube earlier this year. This was recorded by Dutch VPRO’s ‘Onrust’ back in 1989.
Recently, VPRO talked with Gavin about his favourite tv and film clips for their ‘Winter Guests'(Wintergasten) show.
This one hour and thirty minutes long programme will be shown on Dutch TV on January 2nd.
